23Finverse acts solely as a facilitator, technology platform, and service aggregator, connecting customers and distributors with duly licensed Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Insurance Companies, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Stock Brokers, Financial Institutions, and other regulated entities.

Our role is limited to:

• Facilitating customer onboarding and documentation.
• Providing digital and physical ("Physital") infrastructure for financial product distribution.
• Assisting in application processing, tracking, and customer support.
• Enabling operational efficiency for our network of authorized distributors, partners, and financial advisors.
• Offering technology solutions for seamless financial service delivery.

The final approval, underwriting, sanction, pricing, interest rates, premiums, investment decisions, commissions, and terms & conditions are determined solely by the respective regulated financial institution or product manufacturer.

Teish Fintech Private Limited:

• Does not lend its own funds.
• Does not accept public deposits.
• Does not issue insurance policies.
• Does not manufacture or manage investment products.
• Does not guarantee loan approvals or investment returns.
• Does not assure insurance claim settlements.
• Does not provide portfolio management or discretionary investment services.

All financial products are offered exclusively by their respective licensed institutions under applicable Indian laws and regulations.

23Finverse operates by maintaining strict compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and regulatory requirements issued by competent authorities including, wherever applicable:

Our distributors operate as independent business associates and facilitate financial products of authorized institutions through the 23Finverse platform.

23Finverse provides technology, operational support, training, compliance assistance, and business enablement. Individual distributors are responsible for complying with applicable regulatory requirements while dealing with customers.

Customers are advised to:
